Got a question about the festival? Want to get involved, or just say hello? We are easy to reach. The best way to get a hold of us is by email, but you are welcome to call if that is easier. We check messages regularly, though it can take a day or two to get back to you during the busy weeks before the festival.
Tickets and passes
If you have a question about a ticket you already bought, or you are trying to sort out a group booking, or you need to know what is included in a pass, get in touch. For anything to do with a specific show, mention the artist or the night in your message and we can point you in the right direction.
Volunteering
Thinking about signing up to volunteer? We would love to hear from you. Send us a note with a bit about yourself and which nights you are free. If you have volunteered before, mention it. If you have a preferred role, tell us that too. More on what the roles look like is on the volunteers page.
Sponsorship and partnerships
If your business or organization is interested in supporting the festival, reach out. Sponsorship can take a few forms. Title level, series level, or helping with a specific night. We are happy to talk through what makes sense for you and what it gets you in return.
Artists and booking
Musicians, agents and managers, if you want to be considered for the festival, send a short note with a link to your music and a little about what you do. We listen to everything that comes in, though we cannot always reply to every submission. The lineup for each year is put together several months in advance, so early is better than late.
Media
Working on a story about the festival? We can help with artist interviews, photos, and background on the history of the event. Send a note with your outlet and deadline and we will do our best to get you what you need in time.
Everything else
If your question does not fit any of the above, just send it anyway. Lost and found, accessibility questions, suggestions for the lineup, feedback about a show, all of it. We read everything that comes in. The festival is small enough that a real person sees your message and does their best to help.
Thanks for getting in touch. We hope to see you in Charlottetown in October.
